Technologie spojování materiálů metodou thread forming screw

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis is dealing with methodology of hybrid connection of aluminium sheet. It is used a method called thread forming screw and bonding to measure the mechanical characteristics. The practical usage is investigated as well. In theoretical part are summarized the most modern methods related to connecting of the automotive constructions and description of the thread forming screw method. In practical part is described in details the preparation of samples and subsequent testing of shear strength and roller (bell) peel strength. In conclusion of this bachelor´s thesis there are evaluated the findings of measurement values of this hybrid connection.
