Abstract

This bachelor thesis on the topic of “Publicity program analysis” examines the communication publicity program of a company called Správa sportovních zařízení Chomutov, s.r.o. (Sport Facilities Administration Chomutov, Ltd.). The first part of the thesis describes the mission and orientation of this company, which is managed and owned by the city of Chomutov. Basic communication mix terms and publicity techniques are described in theoretical part of this paper. The main goal of thesis is to analyze the current publicity program of the company, its marketing strategies, acquiring feedback from customers and making suggestions for further improvement and company publicity development. In the practical part of the thesis, the results of a questionnaire survey are described. This survey was undertaken in February and March 2010 and it collected data about client opinions.
