Analýza personálních činností v malém podniku

Abstract

My thesis deals with analysis of human resources in small enterprise . Thesis is divided into six chapters and several subheads. After introduction, there is theoretical look at human resources including list of particularities, which are typical for personal activity in this type of companies. Thesis continues with analysis of individual human resources and my recommandations for enterprise. Both of last mentioned chapters logicaly copy the structure of theoretical part. It means that theoretical point is confronted with reality in watched enterprise. I made evaluations of results of this confrontation and I tried to find possible solution to improve current situation. Analysis was made at the end of year 2009 and at the beginning of year 2010. I focused on Autoservis Tomiczek. From the analysis I found out, there were made only several activities mentioned thereinbefore. Activities are made intuitive and mostly by owner of the enterprise. He is very careful about accurancy and formal justice of all moves which are made.
