Provozní diagnostika strojních zařízení pomocí programovatelných automatů

Abstract

Master thesis deals with the analysis of the possibilities of machine diagnostics. The most suitable on the market is the use of accelerometers for measuring vibrations. Vibrodiagnostics is used for time and frequency analysis. The sensor is connected to measuring module and configure in programmable controller from user program. This variant is used at the Smart Factory in the VŠB-TUO. A total of six modules, including vibration sensors, are in the diagnostic switchbox at Smart Factory. There are presented analysis of signal from sensors using a pre-prepared environment from the manufacturer and the more advanced tool X-Tools.
