Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to create an optimal portfolio that shows their income exceeded the return of equity index. The work is divided into several chapters. The introductory chapter, describes the object of the work. The second chapter, explains the basic concepts regarding the problems with investing in the Czech stock market. The third chapter, is devoted to a description of methods that are also used in the practical part. The fourth chapter, focuses on creating the portfolio and on the investment itself.
