Tvorba motivačního plánu pro společnost Trinom s.r.o. Přerov

Abstract

My graduation thesis goes in for motivation and making a motivation plan for employees. In the first part there is described Trinom Ltd. Přerov company, in which I wrote my thesis. In the second part, there are basic theoretical information about people's motivation and motivational plan. We can find some tips, how to prepare good motivation plan. The current motivation plan of company is described after the theoretic part. Questionnaire survey and new motivation plan is there too. The new motivation plan should motivate employees better.
