Abstract

In the thesis, I analyse job satisfaction of employees and current state of incentive program in company Pittsburgh Corning CR, Ltd. The main objective of this thesis is to suggest recommendations for improvement of motivation system, based on the survey results. The work is divided into six chapters and practical and theoretical part. Theoretical part describes the basic terms, e.g. motivation, job satisfaction and benefits of incentive programs. Practical part is focused on evaluation of responses and analysis of questionnaire. On the basis of results of survey analysis, I suggest recommendations for company.
