This diploma thesis deals with the identification and risk assessment of Aero Club Josef František Prostějov. The initial part of the thesis defines the basic terminology regarding risks. Another part of the thesis deals with basic documentation related to the airport. Subsequently, the division of airports is carried out. The following chapter describes the selected Aeroclub Airport, its history and present. Within the description of the given airport Prostějov, the work is covered by a security system, which is then the basic input for risk management. After the risk identification and risk analysis has been carried out, its assessment is carried out, which is addressed in the form of a risk matrix. In the final part of the thesis, an assessment of the safety risks was carried out with the proposals outlined and their justification. These proposals may also serve to update the necessary airport documents for its safe operation.
