Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of recruitment and selection of employees. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose possible suggestions and recommendations to improve recruitment of employees and selection systems in a chosen organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on theoretical knowledge of the systems of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part describes and analyzes the current systems of these processes in a chosen organization. The chosen company mainly deals in the production, sale and service of valves, gate valves and ball valves.
