Abstract

The thesis is dealing with the specification of essential features of phosphor, to be more specific, conductive polymer polyaniline. The scale of the usage of that phenomenon is considered to be extremely wide, however, the behaviour of that substance has not been discovered yet. The Centre for Nanotechnology offers the samples preparations on glass slides which are covered by thin film of the conductive form of polyaniline. The measurement of resistance, permeability and reflectivity are verified on the film in the time point of view and with regard of the degree of temperature. The analysis is carried out automatic workstation which suggest more precise, faster and less physical demanding measurement. Program LabVIEW is a software´s side of measurement. The used components were by company Thorlabs.
