Zaměstnanecké benefity v dopravní společnosti

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku jednotlivých benefitních plnění a jejich účetní a daňové aspekty. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu současného systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti Ekova Electric a.s. Poslední část bakalářské páce se věnuje návrhům na možné rozšíření poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů v dané společnosti.

The submitted Bachelor's Thesis is dealing with the problems of emloyee benefits. The theoretic part of the Thesis is focusing on characteristics of the individual benefit fulfilment and their accounting and tax implications. The practical part is focusing on analysis of the present system of the employee benefits in the company Ekova Electric a.s. The last part of the Thesis is about proposals for the possible expansion in providing the employee benefits in the above mentioned company.
