Abstract

Thesis deals with evaluation interviews. The aim of this work is the proposal evaluation interviews at the disposal of the Czech Post Vsetín. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the evaluation of employees, performance management, motivation and evaluation interviews. The second part contains a description of the Czech Post, the analysis of the current evaluation of interviews and questionnaires. Based on the analysis results and theoretical knowledge are at the end of proposed changes to the current evaluation interviews.
