Rizika spojená s působením průmyslových podniků na mezinárodních trzích

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou rizika spojená s působením průmyslových podniků na mezinárodních trzích. Předmětem teoretické práce je specifikace rizika v podnikatelském prostředí, následná charakteristika kategorií rizik v mezinárodním podnikání a kritické zhodnocení nástrojů pro eliminaci rizik spojených s mezinárodním obchodováním průmyslových podniků. První část je věnována riziku a nejistotě, klasifikaci rizik, analýze a řízení rizik a je zakončena charakteristikou mezinárodního prostředí a vlivu na podnikání. Druhá část je zaměřená na členění samotných rizik, které ohrožují mezinárodní podnikaní, a třetí část patří nástrojům pro eliminaci rizik, které jsou kriticky zhodnoceny v závěrečné čtvrté části celé práce.

The topic of the bachelor thesis are the risks associated with the activities of the industrial enterprises in international markets. The subject of the theoretical part is the specification of the risks in the business environment, subsequent characterization of the risks categories in international business and the critical evaluation of the tools for the risks elimination associated with the international trade of the industrial enterprises. The first part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to risk and uncertainty, risk classification, risk analysis and management and this part is finished with characteristics of the international environment and the impact on business. The second part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the structure of the risks that threaten international business. And the third part includes tools for risks elimination which are critically assessed in the fourth and last part of the bachelor thesis.
