Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice správy a financování regionálního školství v ČR. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, popsat a analyzovat dopady změn financování hospodaření příspěvkové organizace – Gymnázia Hladnov, popsat použité zdroje financování a způsob získávání finančních prostředků pro zabezpečení chodu příspěvkové organizace. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje úvodu do dané problematiky. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na teoretickou stránku, která se týká zkoumané problematiky a tvoří teoretický podklad pro následnou analýzu hospodaření Gymnázia Hladnov. Kapitola třetí tvoří praktickou část bakalářské práce a je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace – Gymnázia Hladnov Ostrava a její hospodaření v letech 2007 – 2011. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje shrnutí dané problematiky, zhodnocení hospodaření Gymnázia Hladnov a návrhy možného zlepšení. Zkoumaná problematika je shrnuta v závěru bakalářské práce v páté kapitole.

Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of governance and financing of regional education in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to identify, describe and analyze the effects of the changes in financial management of the Hladnov Grammar School, to describe sources of funding and method of raising funds for the operation of contributory organization. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is focused on an introduction of the issue. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical site that seeks to examine the issue and form the theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis of management of the Hladnov Grammar School. The third chapter, which makes a practical part of this thesis, is focused on the analysis of selected contributory organization – Hladnov Grammar School Ostrava and its financial management in the years 2007 – 2011. The fourth chapter contains a summary of the issues, evaluation of financial management of the Hladnov Grammar School and suggestions for improvement. The issues examined are summarized in the concluding part in the fifth chapter of the thesis.
