Martin Ferko, Ph.D. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the creation of a design of the area of the former housing estate in the town of Karviná. The territory is located in the cadastral area of Karviná – město and in the city part of New Town. The proposal is drawn up into three variants, where the development was designed both for public housing and for individual housing. Then one variant was selected and detailed. Detailed processing includes solutions of transport infrastructure, technical infrastructure and economic evaluation.
