Návrh a ověření postupu managementu rizik v podmínkách hutní společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor`s thesis is to design and verify the proces od risk management. The teoretical portion of the thesis comprises od the quality management systems within risk management, the concepts related to this process, the approaches which already exist and finally the metods and tools involved in te application of the risk management. In the practical protion, a primary analysis is carried out at INPO spol., s.r.o. in order to identify the current risk management proces in place. Secondly, a procedure for risk management is proposed. Finally, the proposed procedur eis verified in the company`s set conditions.
