Abstract

This thesis deals with the assessment system of remuneration of employees in an organization. The aim of this work is the exclusion of the remuneration system in a banking institution, depending on the job employee. The author then performs design and recommendation of changes to the remuneration system for the organization. Data are processed on the basis of consultation with the personnel department. The work is a system that will increase employee motivation and also increases the profitability of the organization.
