Abstract
The subject of this thesis is a design and solution of a building with a commercial parterre, administration and housing on Horní náměstí in Opava. The proposed building consists of a 2 two-floors and 1 single-storey commercial space, two-floor café, adminisrtation and 2 + kk, 3 + kk and 4 + kk housing units.
The thesis is in a form of a project documentation used for realization building.
