Abstract
The thesis deals with the analysis of jobs and their analysis job description in selected departments of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko, a.s. The theoretical part presents the general knowledge about the analysis of jobs and the practical part presents the results of the analysis of three workplaces and their workers. The output is recommendations that will lead to increased labor productivity at selected workplaces.
