The subject of my dessertation work is „Analysis and scenario of developement environs busyness with solid fuel“. Thesis is devided on two parts. Teoretical part engage common characteristics of strategic analysis and scenario output future developements. In practical part are teoretical findings aplicated on exampled factual concern, whereas is implemented strategic analysis of their surroundings with intention to identify gratest competitive threads for firm Kalman paliva s.r.o (Ltd). In this manner acquisition of knowledge has to expose a number of variants future developement competetive surroundigs of which firm can later on result from.
