Abstract

The goal of the diploma thesis is to create the procedure and changes which help to successfully implement project management in the chosen manufacturing company. The main change should be that responsibilitie are strictly defined. Project manager is responsible for the project, who is also managing the project team. Each member of the team has clearly defined tasks and the necessary time to complete it. The thesis also contains a proposal for a change in the organizational structure and also proposes how the project office should be implemented. Furthermore, cooperation with other departments is defined. The appendix also provides suggestions for simple and structured project documentation.
