Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the remuneration system in the selected company, to determine which employee factor motivates the most and whether the employees are satisfied with the existing remuneration system. Then, on the basis of the information gathered, propose concrete measures to change and improve the existing remuneration system. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part forms the theoretical basis of the remuneration system and is divided into two chapters, which generally describe the remuneration system and the payroll system of the employer. The theoretical part follows the practical part, which deals mainly with the description and analysis of the current remuneration system in the selected company, and there is also a description and characteristic of the organization itself. Description and analysis of the remuneration system in this company were made on the basis of the company's information and documents, and the data obtained from the questionnaire survey. In conclusion, the bachelor thesis describes proposals and recommendations for improving the existing remuneration system in the selected organization.
