Abstract
This diploma thesis looks into problem of testing quality of power electric properties measured on wind turbines in place of connection to three-phase power grid. Properties are monitored in both time and frequency domain and comprise primarily of voltage changes and fluctuation (flicker), power characteristics, response to transitional events during wind turbine operation and harmonic and nonharmonic spectral components. United methodology and rules for measuring and electric power quality evaluation provides, among other technical standards used, international standard IEC 61400-21. The goal of the thesis is to design measuring system and use tools and methods of virtual instrumentation to develop software application, which would control power quality analyzer. Analyzer will be tested on wind turbine and results will be presented in form suggested by mentioned international standard. Part of thesis is also theoretical analysis of given issue and evaluation of contribution and usability chosen technological solution.
