Analýza rentability společnosti v sektoru stavebnictví

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the company profitability by applying selected methods during the period 2006 to 2010. The bachelor thesis is divided into five parts. First, it is describes the methodology in which the concept of financial analysis is explained. Next, the data sources and general method classification are described. Main part of the theoretical part deals with the description of the profitability, pyramid decomposition and analysis of deviations. In the next, company TONDACH Czech Republic section is introduced. Application part includes horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and analysis of the profitability indicators for the period 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, pyramidal decomposition of return on equity indicator and analysis of deviations by three different methods is executed. At the end of the last part, prediction model IN05 is presented.
