Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on comparation of Building Saving and Mortagages in the Czech Republic. The target of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the options and select the best option to refinance bridge loan and loan of the building saving, which are use to finance a family house. The whole thesis is divided into five chapters including introduction and conclusion. The second chapter describes the characteristics of the building saving, loan of building saving and mortgage loan. In this chapter are described patterns, which are use in the calculations in the fourth chapter. Third chapter describes the development mortgages and building loans in the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter is focused on comparation of variants financing family house. In conclusion is determined financially the most advantageous variant for the defined clients.
