Analýza managementu vybraného sportovního klubu v Novém Jičíně

Abstract

The aim of my thesis is the overall analysis of the HK Nový Jičín management, and on the basis of it to suggest, how to delete some weakness in club activities in the future. The bachelor’s thesis consists of five chapters, which are: introduction, theoretical part, practical part, references and conclusions. In the introductory part, there are the reasons for selection of HK Nový Jičín and briefly itemized contents of each chapter. In theoretical part we can find the explanation of terms in connection with performing the analysis of sports club management. The practical part is devoted to the actual analysis of HK Nový Jičín management. The fourth chapter is focused on the recapitulation of all examinations and especially on recommendations for better management style of the organization. The conclusion of this thesis includes the summary of all the chapters.
