Vliv parametrů senzorů pro kontinuální měření glukózy na jejich elektrochemickou odezvu

Abstract

The thesis deals with the assessment of the influence of parameters of continuous glucose sensors on their electrochemical response. In the theoretical part a research on electrochemical methods for measurements with different types of sensors, types of biosensors and on parameters affecting continuous glucose measurement was carried out. Based on the literature search, a set of experimental tests were designed for commercial and proposed sensors to test their electrochemical response. The sensors showing the best electrochemical response were subjected to continuous glucose measurement. The effect of flow rate on the electrochemical response was also tested for the commercially immobilized sensor in saline environment.
