Návrh a optimalizace kabelových svazků informačního displeje v kabině vojenského nákladního vozidla z pohledu EMC

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design, implementation and optimization of cable harnesses for an information display in the cabin of a military truck from the perspective of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The thesis analyses fundamental mechanisms of electromagnetic interference and immunity and describes key construction techniques for their suppression. The practical part presents the design, implementation and testing of the system in an EMC chamber. Based on the measurement results, modifications of the cable harnesses were performed to reduce conducted and radiated emissions in the vehicle’s onboard network. The results demonstrate the significant impact of proper shielding and suppression methods on meeting strict EMC limits.
