Koncept krizového managementu podniku

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with organization, adaptation and practical form of crisis management as a general management’s specifics component in terms of private company. Theoretical part is focused on general assessment of crisis management, followed with its establishment in legal environment of Czech Republic. As substancial support is used current „public“ crisis management, which is affected by several requirements based on international institutions, to which the Republic is bound by its membership. Practical deal presents specific model of a company, where theoretical knowledges and practical requirements coming from legal environment of crisis management are applicated. The diploma thesis is concluded by recommendations in response to detected condition.
