Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about improving the quality of employee motivation in a selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic characteristics related to motivation. In the practical part is the characteristic of the selected company, an analysis of the current state of motivation and a subsequent evaluation of the questionnaire survey which has been conducted in the company. The questionnaire survey derives suggestions and recommendations to improve the motivation of employees in the selected company. The main target of the thesis is to analyse the current state of motivation and from this to develop proposals and recommendations which may lead to improving the quality of employee motivation in a selected company.
