The subject of the Bachelor´s thesis is construction project for Apartment House in Opava in a given range. Apartment House is a four-story basement building without underground, brick construction system and flat roof. The proposed building will be used for permanent living of residents.
The Bachelor´s thesis contains technical report for the construction part, drawing documentation, thermal and technical assessment of building, assessment of acoustic properties and static calculation of one stair arm.
