Financování projektů programu rozvoje města

Abstract

This elaboration deals with the financing of Bílovec city developing strategies in connection to stabilization of income and expenditures in the municipal budget. Aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate and suggest ways of financing the developing city targets in connection to sources of the municipal budget, tolerable rate of municipal indebtedness and also using the medium-term planning as a instrument for municipal management. Together with the conclusions this work also includes possible suggestions of financing.
