Analýza webových stránek cestovní kanceláře

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate web sites of travel agency Vesna Tours and then make recommendation how to modify them. First chapter focuses on theoretical datums of evaluating of these web sites. Next chapter is devoted to description of travel agency's web sites. Third chapter describes methodology of performed research which is divided into preparative and realization phases. The main part of this thesis is a chapter which is focused on the analysis od results obtained by group interviewing. The final chapter brings in proposals how to improve web sites of mentioned travel agency.
