Finanční analýza společnosti v oblasti stavebnictví

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování finanční analýzy podniku v oblasti stavebnictví v letech 2013 až 2017 a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení finančního postavení. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřená na teoretické vymezení finanční analýzy a jsou zde popsány vybrané metody a postupy finanční analýzy, s jejichž pomocí je možné zjistit finanční situaci podniku. V druhé části je uvedena charakteristika sledovaného podniku. Tato část podává základní informace o podniku, jeho historii, následný vývoj a současnou situaci. Třetí část je zaměřena na praktické zpracování finanční analýzy vybraného podniku za použití vybraných metod. Dále jsou interpretovány zjištěné výsledky finanční analýzy a popsány návrhy a doporučení autora.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the financial analysis of the company in the field of construction in the years 2013 to 2017 and to propose measures to improve the financial position. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical definition of financial analysis and describes selected methods and procedures of financial analysis, which help to determine the financial situation of the company. The second part describes the characteristics of the monitored enterprise. This section provides basic information about the business, its history, its subsequent development and the current situation. The third part is focused on the practical processing of the financial analysis of the selected company using selected methods. Furthermore, the findings of the financial analysis are interpreted and the author's suggestions and recommendations are described.
