Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the current situation and the adjustments to the budget of the urban area, a concrete example Poruba Borough, in response to the negative impact of economic crisis on the emergence of budget deficits. The first part focuses on theoretical concepts of the budgetary process. The second part describes a specific example of the creation and composition of the budget and management of the urban district with him on the basis of budgetary rules. Part three deals with the current economic crisis, including an analysis of its impact on public budgets and the subsequent proposed solutions and adopt measures that will eliminate its consequences.
