Abstract
This thesis focuses on financial analysis of the Ltd Company, Ostroj – Hansen + Reinders established in Opava, and its evaluation. In this thesis is processed company profile, theoretical definition of financial analysis and subsequent application on this company in the period from year 2005 to year 2009. There were primarily used these methods of financial analysis: ratio indicators, Du-pont pyramidal decomposition and Altman model.
