Abstract

In this bachelor thesis is analyzed the problem of pension insurance. In the first part are explained the charakteristics of pension insurance system, then there is the description of current conditions, the paying of pension insurance, whether they are paying for employees, employers, self – employed person or person voluntarily participate in pension insurance. There is also described “Bissmarcks” and “Beveridges” insurance systems and „three pillars“ system. In the next section are described different types of pensions of the complete pension system. For example: old age pension, partial disability pension, full disability pension, widow´s pension, widower´s and orphan pension. At the end are comparing the different types of pension systems of different countries.
