The purpose of this thesis is to examine the posibility of bulding develoment areas in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The work is based on the requirements of urban planning documentation for municipalities and the different opinions of the authorities concerned in the area. Work includes two urban development proposals, with detailed analysis for more effective option is chosen. In a detailed solution chosen variant is present proposal of transport and technical infrastructure, including public space.
