Abstract
The thesis is concerned with the process of sanctions assessing for the offences aimed at imperfection of existent law system. The teoretical part includes legal form description, which regulate the offences field and their sanction, basic concepts definition, each stage of offences process description and finaly is focused on sanctions assessing, its procedure and economical function. Practical part follow the economical costs evaluation for offences process in particular place.
