Řízení konfliktů v pracovním procesu

Abstract

These thesis are based on a theoretical knowledge of conflicts on a workplace. In the first part there is an explanation of the word conflict. It is focused on it´s causes, it´s progress and on the influences which affect it. I also describe who is manager and how many possibilities he has for resolving conflicts. The second part of the thesis is based on the theory. It is aimed on an interview with three police managers. I am testing an information they have for figure conflicts out and an ability to work out with them. Following the results I suggest a few odds for improvement the work of police managers in resolving conflicts on a workplace.
