Variantní řešení obvodového pláště bytového domu

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop project documentation of the new apartment building for construction. The thesis is devided into 2 parts, where the first section deals with the construction part and the second section is technological one. The cinstruction part was processed according to regulation n. 499/2006 Sb. with the validity of amendment n. 62/2013 Sb. about project documentation and contains accompanying report, summary technical report and drawing part. Technological part contains the technological process of realization of the cladding in two variants, a time schedule of the construction in the form of line diagram for both variants of the cladding, itemized budget for both variants and thermal technical part, which includes the thermal technical assessment of the solutions solved. The result of this diploma thesis is the comparison of these variants of the cladding in terms of price, speed of construction and energy performance.
