Abstract
This thesis focuses on Analytical and Intuitive Decision-making in Industrial Purchasing.
The main aim of this thesis is to find out how the managers in industrial purchasing make their decisions and what are the most important reasons for selection of this decision-making approach.
The theoretical part consists of defining industrial purchasing, process of changing supplier and subsequently characteristic of analytical and intuitive methods of decision-making.
The second part of thesis focuses on the qualitative method of data collection. For this work I chose a method of interviews with purchase managers. Next part consists of the interpretation of results, recommendations and suggestions.
