Analýza odměňování obchodních zástupců v business společnosti

Abstract

The main goal of my thesis was analysing the sales representatives’ remuneration in a business company. At first I characterize the company. In the next chapter I write about theory of sales management. In the practical part I devote to the analysis by a semi-structured interview with owner of the company and with sales representatives. I wanted to learn about their opinion of the current remuneration system, whether they are motivated or not and whether they will appreciate any changes. I recommended to the company how to improve the remuneration system according to the results of my analysis.
