Transformace areálu bývalé textilní továrny Karnola v Opavě

Abstract

Thesis is dealing with transformation grounds of former textile factory Karnola in Opava which is from 2000 completely abandoned and unused. This building is currently in very neglected and wrecking condition. Thesis is divided in two separated sections when one of them is the theoretical part with literature recherche and the second part is practical. Theoretical part of thesis is about intoduction into issues of brownfields and territorial plannig like (planning authorities, regional studies, zoning, etc.) and legislation which is connected with this area. In practical part of thesis are created variants of possible transformation with using regional studies. Individual variants were compared with each other in aspects of arranging objects, effect on the surroundings, the possibility of using greenness and price indicators for the year 2016. The first variant is focused on the possibility of the construction stage. The second variant preferences the space for planting of greenery and links to area parks. The last variant is focused on the complexity campus, department of private and public parts with an emphasis on using as much space for installation while adding a greenfields. Evaluating all options are selected the most suitable variant which draft will be serve to another stages of project documentation.
