Motivace zaměstnanců v podnikatelské sféře

Abstract

This thesis deals with the motivation of employees in the private sector. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part is devoted to the theory, which focuses on motivation, compensation and employee benefits. The knowledge and contributions are taken from books and publications. In the second part of the thesis is presented the application of theory to practice. There are processed survey results and their analysis of the specific motivation unnamed company. Subsequently, they are designed and recommended measures to increase motivation and overall employee satisfaction.
