Financování a výchova mládeže ve sportovním klubu

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis is focused on funding and education of youth in a sports club. I applied this theme to the Ice Hockey Club HC Poruba VOKD. I gained most of the information from conversations with the hockey club leaders, coaches and parents working in the hockey club and also from the hockey club´s documentation which was provided by the club secretary.

The main goal of my thesis was to show the ice hockey club funding, its organization and most importantly education of youth, leading to closer cooperation with primary school Dětská. Based on my investigation in the ice hockey club, it is clear that the ice hockey club has several management issues and is not financialy stable. Thus, there is a scope for continuous improvement. I have made some suggestions which could help resolve the issues such as extending the management board by a sports manager position. In another proposal, I recommended finding a prominent person within the czech ice hockey league, which would represent the club and its education activities to the schema_dspacedb. This thesis should serve to improve the operation of the Ice Hockey club HC Poruba VOKD.
