Abstract
The topic of this thesis is the SWOT analysis of the company Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s. and a draft of measures to be taken for further development. The first part of the thesis contains the characteristic of the company. The next part presents the SWOT analysis of the company and its evaluation. The penultimate section contains proposals and recommendations which are based on several financial indicators.
