Abstract
The bachelor thesis presents a vision of the possible development of independent rescue companies. Also shortly describes historical development of the civil protection units and explains the reasons of the ACR transformation. It also presents civil protection units, their possibilities, main tasks and structure. The work also suggest the optimalization of their forces and means, including implementation of new technique. Also presents another varinats of the system development.
