Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of thermal processing of steel bars for fasteners. These issues were selected steel 42CrMoS4. This thesis allowed us to map the individual effects of austenitizing and tempering temperatures, quenching media to optimize the properties of fasteners according to european standard 898-1.
