Analýza konkurenčního prostředí pro vybraný podnik

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to use the mentioned methods to make a strategic analysis of Heinrich Innovation s.r.o. and to determine its current market position. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the tools of strategic analysis, which were then applied in the practical part. The results of the analyses were used to compile a SWOT analysis. Based on the results obtained from the individual analyses, suggestions and recommendations were developed.
